A million-dollar Christmas-themed water park at The Inn at Christmas Place, built alongside the renowned Lucas Lagoons. They designed the pools, we built everything around them, the pool coping, porcelain, pavers, retaining walls, artificial turf, sunken fire pits, and the snowflake installation that lights up the whole resort.

The Challenge
The original space had poor drainage, constant moisture, failing landscaping, and a dated look that clashed with the resort's festive brand. It was uninviting to the guests it was supposed to draw.
What We Did
Lucas Lagoons brought the pool design. We handled everything around it, the pool coping, porcelain and pavers, retaining walls, artificial turf, sunken fire pits, and the fiber-optic snowflake installation, to turn the resort into a year-round Christmas destination.

Design
We teamed up with Lucas Lagoons, the nationally known pool builder, on the resort vision. They designed the water; we planned the hardscape, coping, retaining walls, turf, fire pits, and snowflakes around it.
Build
Phase 1 delivered the Christmas Courtyard: fixed drainage, set the pool coping, laid porcelain and pavers, built retaining walls, installed artificial turf and sunken fire pits, and mounted the fiber-optic snowflakes. Phase 2 expands across the resort.
Enjoy
The resort now pulls families in year-round. The snowflakes light up at night, the fire pits hold the crowd, and the hardscape ties the whole water park together.
