Gettysvue After Dark

Scope of Work
The Challenge
The original patio was old, deteriorating, and drained poorly. Tight square footage and a bad layout made it hard to deliver the spa space with golf-course views the homeowners wanted for relaxing and entertaining.
What We Did
We extended the deck with Techo Bloc pavers, added a hot tub with spillover, and arranged In-Lite low-voltage fixtures to throw a starlight effect around the fire pit. An outdoor kitchen and aluminum fence finished a space built to be used after dark.
From Vision to Reality
Design
We planned the layout around the golf-course views and around evening use, mapping the lighting first so the fire pit and hot tub would carry the space after sundown.
Build
We extended the deck in Techo Bloc pavers, set the hot tub with a spillover, built the outdoor kitchen, and ran the aluminum fence. In-Lite fixtures went in last for the starlight effect.
Enjoy
The homeowners got the spa space they were after, tight on square footage but big on payoff, and a backyard that looks its best once the sun is down.
