A full poolscape renovation, not a new build. We raised the deep end from 8 feet to 5, added a bench all the way around it, refinished the pool with new plaster, tile, and coping, tore out the old pavers for travertine with a Unilock accent border, rebuilt the spa stonework, ran a new line and installed a slide, and upgraded all the equipment with automation.

The Challenge
Gary's pool was dated and was not working for his family: an 8 foot deep end that mostly went unused, failing pavers, a leaking spa, and no slide. He wanted it renovated, not ripped out.
What We Did
We kept the pool and rebuilt everything around it. We raised the deep end from 8 feet to 5 and added a bench the whole way around, refinished it with new plaster, tile, and coping, tore out the old pavers for travertine with a Unilock accent border, rebuilt the spa stonework and fixed its leaking lines, ran a new line for a slide and installed it, and upgraded all the equipment with automation.
From Vision to Reality
Design
We planned the renovation around how the family actually swims: a shallower, safer deep end with a bench, a travertine deck with a Unilock accent border to replace the failing pavers, and a spot for a slide.
Build
We raised the floor and set the wraparound bench, refinished the pool with new plaster, tile, and coping, tore out the old pavers and laid travertine with the Unilock border, rebuilt the spa stone and fixed its leaking lines, plumbed and installed the slide, and put in all new automated equipment.

The pool finally fits the family: shallower and safer, a slide for the kids, a bench to relax on, and a travertine deck that glows at golden hour.
